10:10: find a meeting time across time zones

Add the cities on your call, drag across the strip, and copy the invite.

How it works

Three steps to a meeting time

  1. Add the cities on your callEach city gets a row on the strip and a tile with its local time.
  2. Pick a timeTake window A, or drag across the strip. Every clock on the page follows.
  3. Copy the inviteOne line per city, each with its own date and time, or add it to Google Calendar.

How to read the strip

Each row is one city's day, half an hour to a square, lined up by the hours along the bottom.

  1. Filled: at the desk, 9:00 to 18:00 where that city is.
  2. Grey: up early, up late, or the weekend.
  3. Outline: asleep.
  4. Red band: your slot. Read straight down to see the same moment in every city.
  5. A marks the best time for everyone; B, when there is one, the next best.

This is the planner above with Mumbai, London and New York on a working day.

When the clocks change in the next 12 months

For the weeks between Europe's and North America's changes, gaps across the Atlantic are an hour off. 10:10 warns you when a change falls within 30 days of your call.

Questions

Questions people ask

How do I find a meeting time across time zones?

Add every city on the call. The strip shows one row per city across the day: filled squares are working hours, outlines are night. Window A is the stretch of the day when the most people are at their desks, and B is the next best. Click one, then copy the invite.

Is 10:10 free?

Yes. There is no account and no sign-up. Your city lists stay in your own browser.

Why is it called 10:10?

It is the hour every clock ad agrees on: watches in adverts are set to 10:10 because the hands frame the logo.
