Twenty years of shows puts a lot of good people in the room with you. This page names some of them: the AV crew who fixed a blown feed ten minutes before doors, the venue manager who found a second ballroom at midnight, the freelancer who has run four shows with us and would run a fifth tomorrow.

How someone ends up on this page
We worked with them, more than once, and it went right without us having to manage it. That is the whole bar. Not a headcount. Not a rate card. A show where something depended on them and they came through, and a second show where we called them again without thinking twice.
Most of the people on this page never see an invoice from us that says “marketing” or “referral.” We are not paid to list anyone here and no one pays to be listed. If a name moves on to work we would not vouch for, the page is edited, the same as any other page on this site.
What this page is not
It is not a supplier directory sorted by category, and it is not a review site. We are not vetting anyone for you, and a name here is not a guarantee for your show, only a record of ours. If you want a recommendation for a specific brief, ask us and we will tell you who we would call for that job, on or off this page.
This list is short right now because it is new. It grows the same way the network did: one name at a time, added after a show, not before.
