Supplier listing terms

These terms cover listings on the Global Events Supplier Directory at wearec4e.com/global-events-supplier-directory/. They apply to every company that lists, and you accept them when you apply. Last updated 20 October 2026.

Who can list

Any company that supplies events: manpower, variety acts and entertainers, team building, AV equipment and production, or end-to-end event management. The person who applies must run the company or be authorised to speak for it. One listing per company.

Every supplier is handpicked

C4 Events handpicks every supplier in the directory. We look at each application before it is published, we may ask for more detail, and we may decline a listing without giving a reason. Being listed means C4 Events picked the company. It does not mean C4 Events has worked with the company or vouches for its work.

Your content

You write the listing and keep it accurate: company details, rates, availability, contact details, logo and documents. Rates and availability must reflect what you would honour on the date you saved them. Upload only material you own or have the right to share. You give C4 Events a free, non-exclusive licence to display your content on wearec4e.com, in its markdown and machine-readable versions, and in search and AI systems that read the site, for as long as the listing is live.

Good faith policy

Every supplier agrees to this when it applies, and it applies to everyone at the company who answers our enquiries. Everything on your listing is true to the best of your knowledge on the day you save it: who you are, the work you show, your rates and your availability. You honour the rates you publish, or explain any difference before a client books. You answer enquiries straight and on time, and you tell a client at once if you cannot deliver. You use enquiry details only to answer that enquiry. If a listing falls short of this, we ask first, and unpublish it if it is not put right.

Link back to us

Every listed supplier links to us from its own website: one link to wearec4e.com and one to its listing page in the directory. Put both on a page anyone can open, such as a partners, clients or press page, and keep them up for as long as you are listed. Your account page gives you the HTML to paste and checks the page each time you save. We check both links before we approve a listing. If they come down, we may unpublish the listing until they are back.

What is not allowed

False or misleading claims, rates you do not intend to honour, another company’s name or logo, content that infringes anyone’s rights, and links or files that carry malware. We remove a listing that breaks these rules, and we may close the account.

Enquiries and bookings

Enquiries sent through the form on your page are emailed to your contact address, with a copy kept by C4 Events. Any booking is between you and the client. C4 Events is not a party to it, takes no commission on it, and is not responsible for payment, delivery or disputes.

Contact details on your page

The email, phone, WhatsApp number and website you enter show on your public listing. Leave a field empty if you do not want it shown. The contact email is required because enquiries are sent to it.

Your data

We store your account email, the details in your listing, the page you link to us from, and the date and IP address of your application. We use them to review your application, run your listing and contact you about it. The legal basis is the contract these terms create (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and under India’s DPDP Act it is the purpose you gave us the data for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.

From your account you can download everything we hold about you as a file, or delete your listing, its files and your login in one step. You can also ask us to correct or explain any of it. Enquiries that visitors send you through the directory are kept by us for 24 months, then deleted. Once one reaches you, you handle it under your own privacy obligations. Our Grievance Officer under the DPDP Act is Saurabh Garg, saurabh@wearec4e.com. Our privacy policy and data protection page cover the rest, including how to complain to a regulator.

Changing or removing your listing

Log in at any time to edit your listing. Changes to an approved listing go live straight away. To remove your listing and account, use the delete button on your account page, or email saurabh@wearec4e.com from the address on the account and we delete both.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are emailed to listed suppliers before they take effect.
