Our good faith policy. Everything on your listing is true to the best of your knowledge on the day you save it: who you are, the work you show, your rates and your availability. You honour the rates you publish, or explain any difference before a client books. You answer enquiries straight and on time, and you tell a client at once if you cannot deliver. You use enquiry details only to answer that enquiry. If a listing falls short of this, we ask first, and unpublish it if it is not put right.
